Frequently Asked Questions
How much does this experience cost?
The one-month membership is $10 USD and provides unlimited access to everything inside.
With new training classes coming in, you can improve your leadership competencies at your convenience.
What happens after one month is up?
Growing as a leader requires courage, discipline, and time, to develop new habits, and to experience a personal transformation.
In most cases, one month might not be enough time. This is why this is an ongoing experience with a membership model, where you will be able to judge when it is appropriate to continue, and when it is time to move on (you may cancel at any time).
What are "Gifts" and how are they different from the Training Sessions?
Most speakers have a gift for you. To find a gift that you like—once you are inside—go to the Gift Section inside your Performance Arsenal.
All the Gifts are organized by CATEGORY (assessments, books, live support, etc.), and by TOPIC (agile, change, coaching, etc.)
What is the best way to enter?
You can access it using your computer (laptop/desktop), tablet, or cellphone.
However, the very first time you enter, I strongly suggest you do it with your computer.
Once you know where you are going, then you may enter using your mobile phone.
What skill level is required?
Training Sessions are designed to be accessible for frontline managers with little to no experience and advanced managers alike. Nevertheless, some of the classes will challenge you to go beyond the Session content by exploring your own creativity.
How does the 14-day guarantee work?
I am not asking you to decide yes or no today … I am asking you to make a fully informed decision, that is all.
You can only make a fully informed decision on the inside, not the outside.
So you get on the inside and see if this meets your leadership development needs.
If it does, that’s when you decide to stay.
If it doesn’t, send us an email within 14 days of the date of your purchase, and I’ll offer a full refund.
How do I cancel?
You will receive one email every week, telling you about our featured guest expert for that week. At the bottom of all these emails, you will find a link (“Cancel at any time”) with clear instructions about how to cancel your membership renewal. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
